JAMESTOWN – A Buffalo man has been arrested following a traffic stop that found he was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine intended for sale.
Jamestown police say 19 year-old Kori Robinson was stopped by officers for a traffic violation just before 7 p.m. Tuesday night in the area of Peach St. near Bowen St. An investigation found that Robinson did not have a driver’s license. He was taken to the city jail for booking and during the subsequent search he was allegedly found to be in possession of crack cocaine that police say was packaged for trafficking. Both the drugs and a quantity of money was seized.
Robinson was charged with 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and is awaiting arraignment.
