MAYVILLE – Chautauqua County health officials need to continue to focus on obesity and chronic diseases to help improve the health of residents, but mental health and substance abuse will also need to be included as a top priority.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s according to the new three-year Community Health Assessment Plan<\/strong> that was released on Tuesday, and was coordinated in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health<\/strong>, the Chautauqua County Department of Health & Human Services<\/strong>, Brooks Memorial Hospital<\/strong>, TLC Health Network<\/strong>, WCA Hospital<\/strong>, and Westfield Memorial Hospital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For Chautauqua County, other priorities to address included:<\/p>\n
