An opening reception begins at 7 p.m. The shorts created for the <strong>Insomniac Competitive Festival<\/strong> will be screened along with student-created film projects from Falconer, Sherman and Jamestown Schools.\u00a0 The two rooms of the 3rd On 3rd Gallery will be transformed into mini-cinemas.
