The city claims the arbitration panel didn&#8217;t follow proper state guidelines when determining the salary increase and considering the financial position of the city. As a result, it is asking the court to vacate the decision.<\/p>\n<p>The arguments will take place in Chautauqua County Supreme Court with Hon. <strong>James Dillon<\/strong> presiding.
