The <strong>Chautauqua County IDA<\/strong> also offered incentives, including waivers on mortgage tax and sales tax and a 15-year payment in lieu of taxes agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately 110 full-time jobs will be supported at Chautauqua Harbor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CELORON &#8211; After months of construction, the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel in Celoron is ready to open its doors.
