The parent stated that she was told by Bailer\u2019s sister that she found a series of concerning pictures \u2014 sexual in nature \u2014 on a Nokia cellphone that was used by the Jamestown resident.<\/p>\n<p>Bailer was subsequently arrested on a warrant out of Missouri related to a burglary case. During a search of the Nokia cellphone, investigators found hundreds of images of child pornography.<\/p>\n<p>Bailer made an initial appearance Wednesday in federal court and is being held pending further proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JAMESTOWN &#8211; A Jamestown man is facing federal charges of possessing child pornography.
