Robbins was not located until several days later on Nov. 15, six-hour standoff with police at Todd Ave. residence in the city. He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrfalp.com\/robbins-receives-grand-jury-indictment-on-second-degree-murder-injuring-police-animal\/\">faces charges<\/a> of second degree murder and injuring a police animal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrfalp.com\/listen-jpd-holds-media-conference-following-arrest-of-jamestown-man-connected-to-prospect-st-homicide\/\">RELATED: JPD HOLDS MEDIA CONFERENCE FOLLOWING ROBBINS ARREST<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.post-journal.com\/news\/page-one\/2017\/02\/suppression-hearing-held-in-keith-robbins-murder-case\/\">According to the <em>Post-Journal<\/em><\/a>, Tuesday\u2019s suppression hearing allowed Robbin\u2019s attorney &#8211; Public Defender <strong>Ned Barone<\/strong> &#8211; to determine if any evidence against him could be thrown out for possibly violating his client\u2019s constitutional rights.<\/p>\n<p>Barone requested an additional 30 days to review more evidence, and that was granted by judge <strong>David Foley<\/strong>. The hearing will continue next month.
