Garson Butcher<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

JAMESTOWN – City police charged a Jamestown man Wednesday for allegedly possessing crystal methamphetamine and marijuana.<\/p>\n

Members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and New York State Police CNET executed a search warrant at 230 Forest Ave. on Wednesday afternoon following a drug investigation. Once inside they located 7 grams of crystal meth and 13 amphetamine pills that were intended for sale. Police also found 17 grams of marijuana and a digital scale.<\/p>\n

Police say the resident of the home, 24-year-old Garson Butcher, was arrested on related charges, arraigned in city court and sent to the county jail.<\/p>\n
