{"id":11548,"date":"2014-09-17T10:03:01","date_gmt":"2014-09-17T14:03:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wrfalp.com\/?p=11548"},"modified":"2014-09-17T10:03:01","modified_gmt":"2014-09-17T14:03:01","slug":"webbs-owner-presents-condominium-plan-to-county-ida-board","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wrfalp.com\/webbs-owner-presents-condominium-plan-to-county-ida-board\/","title":{"rendered":"Webb&#8217;s Owner Presents Condominium Plan to County IDA Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MAVILLE &#8211; The owner of a well known restaurant and resort in Mayville is providing details on a plan to build a large condominium project along Chautauqua Lake.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.post-journal.com\/page\/content.detail\/id\/650828\/Webbs-Ask-For-PILOT.html?nav=5192\" target=\"_blank\">The Jamestown <em>Post-Journal<\/em> is reporting Wednesday<\/a> that <strong>Ben and James Webb<\/strong> \u2013 who operate <strong>Webb\u2019s Captain\u2019s Table<\/strong> in Mayville &#8211; attended this week\u2019s <strong>Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency<\/strong> meeting to offer more details on their plan to build a 32-unit condominium hotel near Lakeside Park in Mayville. The proposed building would be five stories tall and 180 feet in length. Because of the height of the structure, the Webb&#8217;s would need approval from the village zoning board before it could proceed with development.<\/p>\n<p>Each of the hotel&#8217;s 32 units would be composed of one-to-three bedrooms. While the business would operate as a hotel, each condominium would be owned by four-to-six owners.<\/p>\n<p>The two are hoping for a groundbreaking in the spring of 2016 would lead to the new condominium\/hotel potentially opening in the spring of 2017.
