SINCLAIRVILLE – A Sinclairville man is facing charges related to child molestation.<\/p>\n
The Chautauqua County Sheriff\u2019s office<\/strong> says 53-year-old Randy Daughenbaugh<\/strong> was arrested Tuesday after allegedly facilitating a sexual act and making inappropriate physical contact with two children under the age of 11. The alleged incident too place in April.<\/p>\n Following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, Child Protective Services<\/strong> and the Child Advocacy Program of Chautauqua County<\/strong>, Daughenbaugh was picked up on a warrant and charged with two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
