David wagoner is a great man. He should have never been charged with this. In fact I was one to witness on multiple occasions billy the kid harassing David. But not only David he took it farther and started harassing his woman Kimberly and their grandkids. That morning Billy got shot it was Billy’s fault he had no buisness coming to David and Kim’s house and trying to brake in. After threatening David that he was going to indulge in sexual acts with kim Infront on him and David stated Billy just stop go home and Billy kept proceeding to the point of trespassing and trying to brake in at that point David had to do what any man would do and protect his kin. I knew David and Kim they are both great people who would give the shirts off their back to help or protect someone. This brakes my heart. Miss you always rags love ya stay strong brother
