JAMESTOWN – An ongoing investigation into the sales and trafficking of heroin into the Jamestown area has led investigators from the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force to execute a search warrant at 30 Stow St. on Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 12.

According to a media release from the Jamestown Police Department, at 2 p.m. Wednesday officers made entry into the residence and investigators located four individuals in the home, along with an undisclosed quantity of heroin, and an illegal stun gun.

Arrested were:

Angel Cruz, 40 – Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th Degree
Anthony Cruz,30 – Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th Degree
Sasha Cruz, 33 – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Fugitive from Justice for being wanted in Warren Co. for Retail Theft
Zuleyka Fuentes-Cruz, 30 – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree

All four individuals were taken to the city jail and are awaiting arraignment.

JAMESTOWN – City police arrested a Jamestown woman on Wednesday after an investigation linked her to the alleged sale of Heroin.

City police say 34 year old Zuleka Fuentes Cruz was arrested at her home at 6 Winsor St. and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. During the arrest, Cruz allegedly became combative with officers and was additionally charged with obstructing governmental administration.

The arrest was made following an investigation into related drug activity at the location.

Cruz is being held in the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN – Three ~~Four~~ people were arrested last Friday on charges related to selling and trafficking heroin in the city.

Jamestown police say raids took place just after 10 a.m. at 6 Winsor Street, 10 Winsor Street, and 563 East 2nd Street. Arrested on drug-related charges were 20 year-old Angel Cruz, 33 year-old Zuleyka Fuentes-Cruz, ~~37 year-old Angel Ortiz-Rodriguez,~~ and 20 year-old Ezequiel Villafane-Nazario.

Angel Ortiz Rodriguez, 37, was taken into custody after it was determined that he had an outstanding probation warrant from Warren County, Pa.
