
Arrested during two separate raids involving the alleged trafficking of crack cocaine on Feb. 6 were: Anthony Darling (22), Devonah Ferguson (19), and Joseph Robinson (71).
JAMESTOWN – City police have arrested two city residents and one person from Rochester following an investigation into the trafficking of crack cocaine in the city.
The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, with the help of the JPD SWAT Team, first raided a home at 108 West Eighth Street where they picked up 22 year-old Anthony Darling and 19 year-old Devonah Ferguson and seized a quantity of crack and cash.
About 10 minutes later, police carried out a second raid at 50 Bowen Street where they arrested 71 year-old Joseph Robinson of Rochester.
All three suspects have been charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
]]>The pedestrian was taken to WCA Hospital for what were considered to be non-life-threatening injuries while the dog was taken by a relative to a local veterinarian. Briggs was charged with failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian and failure to use due care and will appear in court at a later date.
