The Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame has announced its Class of 2022.
The Board of Directors will honor inductees, both living and alive, at its 40th Annual Induction Banquet at the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club on Presidents’ Day in February 2022.
The living inductees are Sarah M. (Bogardus) Burnett, Andrew Creager, Christina Kebort, Michael Sirianni, Lewis Mack, Marc Tramuta, and current Sports Hall of Fame President Randy Anderson.
The deceased honorees are George Barone, Jr., Harry Carlson, Larry Rodgers, and Richard Shearman.
The new honorees will bring the total number of CSHOF inductees to 220.

JAMESTOWN – The 36th annual Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame Induction Banquet will take Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 at the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club.
Inductees for the Class of ‘17 are Paul Cooley, Jake Ensign, Charlie LaDuca, Sammy LaMancuso, Deb Palmer, Bob Patterson, Dave Polechetti, Sam Restivo, Michael Sayers and Maceo Wofford; and the deceased honoree is Francis “Doc” Malinoski.
In addition, there will also be a keynote speaker for the event, who will be announced in the coming weeks. Past Keynote speakers include Jim Kelly, Andre Reed, Thurman Thomas, Shane Conlan, Don Beebe, Rob Ray, and Sharon Robinson (daughter of Jackie Robinson),
The price per ticket is $50. CSHOF members receive a $5 discount.

]]>Former Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers WR Don Beebe was the guest speaker for the 2016 Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame Induction Banquet, taking place Monday, Feb. 15, 2016 at the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club in Lakewood, NY.
Prior to the event, Beebe spoke with local media for about 15 minutes and answered questions about his career, the current issues facing the NFL, and one of the most memorable plays in Super Bowl history and how it’s still had an impact on people’s lives more than two decades later. Beebe played in five Super Bowls during his NFL career, including four with the Buffalo Bills. He won a world championship while playing for the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XXXI.

JAMESTOWN – The Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame will hold its 2016 Banquet and Induction ceremony on Monday, Feb. 15 at the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club and tickets for the event are still available.
Inductees of the Class of 2016 are Alex Conti (wrestling), Julie Gawronski Tickle (softball & soccer), Dan Hoard (sports broadcasting), Sarah Schuster Morrison (diving), Robert “Doc” Rappole (cross country & track and field), Jim Ulrich (track and field), Heather Lefford Edborg (softball), Clarence “Flash” Olson (wrestling & football) and Parke Hill Davis (football).
The guest speaker will be Don Beebe, former NFL player who played in six Super Bowls, four with the Buffalo Bills and two with the Green Bay Packers.
In addition, the CSHOF will honor 21 of Chautauqua County’s top teams and athletes for achieving New York State championships, All-American status or All-State status in their respective sports during the past year. Those being recognized will include:

JAMESTOWN – A limited number of tickets are available for the Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame’s 34th annual Induction Dinner – which will be held on Monday, Feb. 16 at the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club.
Inductees of the Class of 2015 are Jehuu Caulcrick, Chuck Crist, Bill Davenport, Jack Keeney, Scrubby Olson, Vincent Powers, Ramsay Riddell, Jim Roselle, Dan Stimson and Mel Swanson.
The guest speaker will be Shane Conlan, former linebacker at Frewsburg Central School, Penn State, the Buffalo Bills and the Los Angeles Rams.
The CSHOF will also honor 42 of Chautauqua County’s top teams and athletes for achieving New York State championships, All-American status or All-State status in their respective sports during the past year.
The CSHOF induction banquet on February 16 will begin with a hospitality session at 5:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30.
