They will not pass legal muster. What other right costs over $1000, requires character references and social media review? Nys does not want people to have the right to personal defense. Yet they create conditions for criminality to thrive. Its doubtful any nys judge will side with the constitution as they are all bought and paid for socialist activists. So we ll have to wait a few years to work up to scotus again. Scotus will one again rule against infringing nys politicians. Ultimately all that will be required is thr nics check and training.
