Former Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers WR Don Beebe was the guest speaker for the 2016 Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame Induction Banquet, taking place Monday, Feb. 15, 2016 at the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club in Lakewood, NY.
Prior to the event, Beebe spoke with local media for about 15 minutes and answered questions about his career, the current issues facing the NFL, and one of the most memorable plays in Super Bowl history and how it’s still had an impact on people’s lives more than two decades later. Beebe played in five Super Bowls during his NFL career, including four with the Buffalo Bills. He won a world championship while playing for the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XXXI.
