A news feature on the historic Sheldon House in Jamestown NY, featuring comments from Jason Spain from the Lynn Development Group, attorney Neil Robinson, and Lakeview Ave. resident Paul Leone.

The Lynn Development Group wishes to purchase the Sheldon House from Jamestown Community College (property owner) for $240,000. However, before the sale of the home could be considered, it had to first be given a zoning variance in order to allow the Lynn Development Group to use the home for office space. The variance request was opposed by several residents in the Lakeview Ave. area where the home is located. On May 4, 2016, the city zoning board granted the variance, despite opposition from some residents in the neighborhood.
