Chautauqua County Executive Vince Horrigan presents his 2015 executive budget during the county legislature’s September meeting.
The tentative $228.7 million spending plan is $449,000 lower than the current year’s budget, but also contains a 1 percent property tax increase. In this episode of Community Matters, Horrigan outlines his budget plan and also answers questions from the media. Plus WRFA talks with county legislator Chuck Nazaro to get his thoughts on the spending plan.
