Didn’t you just say that you went to school there?
I assume you witnessed this hateful act in front of 1 or 2 kids and not half of the black population in your school. Although, that number is most likely equivalent, as Panama is not ethnically diverse. We are talking low population farm lands here.
Kids are ignorant. For you to say that an entire community is tolerant of such behavior, due to a single act of creulity by one adolescent individual that you allegedly witnessed is absurd.
Go back to school, set some goals and improve that retarded IQ level that Panama saddled you with.

I went to school at Panama, where I witnessed a student allowed to stand outside of a Spanish class and scream and that was going to ‘kill you n word’ over and over to 1/2 black men I ever witnessed attend in 20 years.
This is a place in the nation where confederate flags are flown proudly and the IQ level hovers at retardation.
