This guy raced through the city putting lives in danger while high on methamphetamines. The chase ended up going through Falconer Central School property and witnessed by children as the school was placed on lockdown. And he only gets 2-4 years as a career criminal. What a disgrace. I guess if someone wants to commit crimes and get away with it this is the city to do it in. Liberalism is a mental disorder.
