NORTH HARMONY – An Erie, Pennsylvania man faces charges after he was found to be in possession of marijuana and a loaded handgun.
State police say 23 year old Andrew Davidoff was stopped for a traffic violation on I-86 in North Harmony at about 3:30PM last Thursday.
Troopers say they observed a strong odor of marihuana and Davidoff was found to be in possession of marihuana and a loaded .40 Cal handgun.
Davidoff was arrested and arraigned on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd and released on $2,000 bail. He will appear in court at a later date.
