Democratic Candidates for Congress in Jamestown Monday Night

AMESTOWN – The first of two local “Meet the Candidate” events for individuals seeking the Democratic Nomination for Congress to run against Rep. Tom Reed (R-Corning) is happening Monday night in Jamestown.
 
At 7 p.m., Chautauqua Progressive Action will host a candidate forum at the Jamestown Unitarian Universalist church, 1255 Prendergast Ave.
 
In addition, on Thursday, March 1 at 6 p.m., the Ellicott and Busti/Lakewood Democratic committees will host the candidates at Herman Kent Legion Post 777 at 26 Jackson Ave in W. Ellicott.
 
Both meetings are open to the public.
