City Police Arrest Three in Separate Drug Investigations

More than 24 pounds of marijuana and a large quantity of Methamphetamine was confiscated during three separate drug investigations by Jamestown Police on Dec. 28, 2016.

JAMESTOWN – More than 24 pounds of marijuana and a half-pound of crystal methamphetamine were seized last week in three separate drug arrests in Jamestown.

Jamestown police  say the arrests took place on Wednesday following separate investigations into alleged illegal drug activity on Spring Street, W. 13th Street, and Fulton Street.

Arrested was 25 year-old Jamell Trapp after an estimated half-pound of crystal meth and a pound of marijuana was found at his Spring St. address. Also charged was 25 year-old Luis Antonio Deleon-Lopez after police allegedly finding 11 1/2 pounds of marijuana at his 13th St. address. And 25 year-old Raymond Jiminez-Valentin was arrested after police allegedly found 12 pounds of marijuana at his Fulton St. address.

All three men were sent to the city Jail to awai arraignment.
