JAMESTOWN – A local celebration of area restaurants will begin today and continue throughout the remainder of the week. The first ever “Restaurant Week” in Chautauqua County begins today with 28 different restaurants participating.
According to Chamber representative Justin Hanft, the purpose of the promotion is to shine a spotlight on the chamber’s restaurant members. He adds restaurant has been challenged to come up with a special offering for customers or a creative “signature” dish for the week.
